    Chat Your Truth

'Chat Your Truth' is a newly established, year-round youth forum designed to support young people's mental health and wellbeing. Delivered in schools and libraries, the project provides a safe and inclusive space where young people can openly share their experiences, build confidence, and access guidance on a wide range of mental health topics.

The programme focuses on early intervention, equipping participants with practical coping strategies through sport, creative expression, and structured activities. By using these outlets, the forum encourages healthier ways of managing emotions and stress, while promoting overall wellbeing.

Alongside workshop delivery, the project actively engages schools and community groups, offering free sessions and organising local events to raise awareness and encourage wider participation.

    Programme Aims

  1. Increase understanding and reduce stigma around mental health
  2. Equip young people with practical coping strategies
  3. Build resilience and life skills for adulthood

    Fundraising

    London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024

In 2024, three incredible runners — Joty, Karem and Joey — represented Help Mental Health CIC at the London Landmarks Half Marathon, raising vital funds to support young people's mental wellbeing.

    13.1 Miles for Mental Health

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is one of the UK's most iconic charity running events, taking runners past landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London.

Joty, Karem and Joey each took on the 13.1-mile challenge to raise awareness and funds for our programmes. Their collective effort is helping us deliver more workshops, reach more schools, and support more young people in need.

Every penny raised goes directly towards funding youth mental health initiatives — from our Chat Your Truth forums to school wellbeing workshops and digital resources.
