Who are we?

CLEAR - SHAPE - GROW

Help Mental Health work with young people, providing mental health support to pupils, their families, and educational staff throughout the UK.

Our services take a holistic approach to improving mental health using techniques backed by medical research. Various therapies are implemented from Psychotherapy that include one-to-one and group counselling, to provide mental health assistance to young people through their formative years.

We provide expert training and professional qualifications for schools, parents and young adults to help enhance mental health support within schools, and local community groups.

We understand that healthy Mental Health is vital and linked directly to a happy and successful education experience.

Why we do it?

This is why we fight for the future.
